Ebba's Sugar Cookies

1 cup		Sugar
1 cup 		Shortning
2		Eggs
1 teas		Vanilla
2 1/2 cup	Flour
1 teas		Soda
1 teas		Cream of Tartar
1/2 teas	Salt

Mix all together

Chill dough 1-2 if planning to roll out and cut into shapes.
Or drop or spritz

Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.



These cookies are moist and puff a little. They are not the brittle type sugar cookie.
