Swet & Sour Meat Patties Part1: 2 cups soft bread crumbs 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 teas salt 1/8 teas thyme 1/2 cup water 1 egg 1 lb. ground beef 4 slices canned pineapple slices Part2: 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 Tab flour 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 Tab water 2 teas prepared mustard Combine part 1. Let stand 10 minutes Combine part 2 and set aside Shape into 4 patties In skillet, brown both sides Cover patties pineapple slices. Pour Part2 over meat & let simmer for about 35 minutes.
